Sheena Boughen believes that organisations that are most successful in ecological, social and economic domains will outperform others.
Her contribution is to facilitate dialogue and encourage people to be open to innovative methods of tackling tough problems, with a focus on action. Sheena specialises in multi stakeholder dialogue and forums where perceived conflict or tension is translated into value.
Sheena uses an inquiry approach, demonstrating how sustainability constraints encourage innovation. Through engaging diverse & often antagonistic stakeholders, her use of strategic questioning assists people to think & act strategically.
Sheena lives in Bermagui, a fishing village of 1352 people on the south coast of New South Wales, Australia and is the Chair of the Board of Four Winds Festival, an outdoor classical music festival held at Bermagui NSW.
She is also doing a doctorate in Creative Industries through QUT (QLD) and has an MA (Anthrop) in Development Studies (1991).
