The first Earth Day in 1970 brought more than 20 million people out into the streets to protest against environmental destruction and changed history!

 

Our environmental problems in 1970 were big, but climate change is bigger, and we, the people, need to take matters into our own hands immediately.

On April 20, events will feature community and environmental leaders, students, and citizens as well as popular musical acts and will educate the public on the urgency of climate change challenges and solutions.
