Green Cross Australia worked closely with Global Green USA to develop this world-first methodology for evaluating solar PV progress.

We scored points based on a database with hundreds of data points into a framework which rewarded progress to date for PV market development (30%) and policy drivers for future growth (70%).

Points were allocated according to the following categories and then data and policy frameworks for each country were point/scored to determine grading results.
